At Ozone Gymnastics Apparel, we want every athlete to feel confident in their gear. If your leotard or training wear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your apparel is in its original condition, unworn with tags attached, and free of any chalk or deodorant marks.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
